Cognitive behavioural therapy: we map what happens before, during and after the anxiety, then test small changes between sessions.
Fifty minutes. Ten to check in, thirty on the work, ten to agree one thing to try before next time.
Most people come weekly for eight to twelve sessions, then space them out. You can stop whenever you like.
